Every Sunday in Boulder, CO
If you're a parent with young children, click to visit our Family Programs page here!
Shine Restaurant's Gathering Place (in the back) is our home base for Sunday Socials. Thank you Shine :)
At Sacred House, your strong inner center is what supports you to create your next big goal, action or dream, and we want you to put that goal, action or dream into the world! The majority of our Sunday Socials are about "Personal Practices" - one of 4 Centering Tools that we teach in our 6-Month Challenge program to discover your own recipe to live from your center and create what's next for you. Each person has their own unique style for Personal Practice, and the Socials help you discover yours by exploring the vast variety of practices that have been created over thousands of years and across the globe, plus we show you how to create Personal Practices that are tailor-fit just for you. We also offer Sunday Socials to catalyze the next meaningful goal, action or dream you are currently drawn to create in the world.
Sunday Socials are at Shine Restaurant's Gathering Place in downtown Boulder. Enjoy some fun and meaningful social time, plus hang out for brunch in good company afterward...

Sunday Social, February 5th: Rock Your Gifts
At Sacred House, we believe the more individuals rocking their gifts... their true super powers... their essential unique qualities... the better we make the world. Imagine if everyone in the world was rocking their true essence - what a different world it would be!
Join us this Sunday to discover the gifts that you bring--and everything the rest of our family is rocking, too! Isn't it funny how you can sit in a room full of people and not necessarily ever hear about the amazingness of each person? This Social will cut straight to the chase with fun games that will give each of us the opportunity to notice our own gifts and learn about others' gifts. Be open to surprising yourself! This will be a celebration and a mini-workshop and a social all in one, with a touch of goofy rolled in there too ;)
Our facilitator is Diane Whiddon, a Sacred House collaborator--you might remember her from the last Rock Your Gifts event back in July. Diane is a business coach who specializes in helping people exract their best qualities and put them to work in all kinds of innovative ways.

At this week's social, we'll be playing with the power of Voice and Sound as a way of deepening both internal connection and external expression.
Our guest is Danae Shanti, a voice coach and performer for over 20 years who specializes in a spiritual approach to singing and self-expression. She'll introduce us to some key concepts about voice, sound, and the unique artisan nature of every human being. Then, she'll guide us through some simple vocal exercises to help us start to feel the power of our own voices.
Don't worry--you don't need to have any training in singing or even be remotely "good" at singing to participate in this Social! It's all about getting in touch with the power of sound living inside of you - no matter what it sounds like on the outside :)
