The class also includes an in-person coaching group for Boulder locals on Tuesday evenings at 5:30 pm. The coaching group gives participants one-on-one coaching as they build each of the ingredients in their Recipe.  If you can't make that time, there is also a tele-conference coaching call for folks who don't live in Boulder, and you are welcome to come to that - 7:00 pm Mountain Time on Sundays.
