Rather than drive directly to 3280 47th Street, you'll park on a side street, and then use the map below to walk to the condo clubhouse at that address where we are having the party. No parking in the condo complex parking spots because the residents don't like this.
From the intersection of Foothills and Valmont. Go east on Valmont and take the first left onto 47th street. As you continue along 47th, you'll pass Edison Street on your right, then turn right on Kings Ridge street and find parking anywhere on that street.
Next, follow the map to the condo clubhouse: walk Kings Ridge back to 47th, turn right on 47th, then turn right into the driveway into the condo complex. The clubhouse is at the very end of the driveway on the right, off the back parking lot and next to the pool.
It sounds a little complicated, but if you just follow those directions, it will all make sense. And the map visual will really help too! If you get lost, call 720-443-3741.
